Returns
Concord Outfitters will except returns within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unworn, in perfect condition and with tags still on. Gift Cards are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will accept all Holiday returns or exchanges up until December 31st.
Exchanges are accepted based on available inventory.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are only accepted 14 days from date of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email andy@concordoutfitters with the product name, Image of receipt and size you wish to exchange for. Shipping
We ship using a standard USPS rate that is calculated based on the size and weight of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
